Fresh face to cooking and the Chicago food scene trying to find low-budget ways to satisfy my food cravings! With my limited budget, I do my best to try and get out there into the food scene, exploring both low-budget food options and also splurging on occasion. I love trying new things and experimenting with different dishes.

I write about what I know, so this blog is Chicago based, my current home. I will also be writing about my attempts at cooking. Hopefully, as the blog goes on my  cooking skills will get better! But I love to share recipes and my attempts to reproduce them. I’m hoping to someday be able to create my own recipes.
